At Zeril Industries, we aim to deliver products in excellent condition. This policy explains when and how returns or refunds may be accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Manufacturing defects (verified case-by-case)

Return window: 5–7 days from delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

Eligible products must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With invoice and accessories

  • Free from customer-caused damage

3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Used furniture

  • Custom-made or special-order furniture

  • Opened plastic kitchenware or food-contact items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products damaged after delivery

4. Replacement / Refund

After inspection:

  • A replacement will be arranged if stock is available

  • A refund will be issued if a replacement cannot be provided

Refund processing:

  • 5–7 working days (to original payment method)

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
